Found that exact image on this steam community post detailing what I need with the map pictures, probably should've snooped around a little longer before posting. Thanks for your help & keeping the servers on. 🙂

That does help a lot actually thank you, I could never find an organized list of the regions and their maps. Followup for bonus points, is there any access to the map interface images? To clarify, I mean the specific map picture showing the points and the grid for each individual region. Was planning on doing some work on the wiki on the downtime during work.
