Bots taking commander role is a big problem in some certain scenarios, i will send an screenshot of an example of a wasted napalm, bots should not be able to take commander role

Is there any way to make bots not being able to take certain roles, becouse in some cases bots will take commander role and just use some random marker, so for an example if a squad leader is new at the game and dont know how the marking system works and just put a mark on the point where friendlys are, and then the bot commander will just arty that mark and kill all friendlys
