Why is using VPN kicked out

Recently, I have just started playing Rising storm 2 Vietnam. In China, there are almost no servers left, so I started using an accelerator to play European and American servers. I found that your servers have more people, but every time I join, I am always kicked out under the guise of using VPN. I would like to know the reason for this?

Also, is there a whitelist or something like that? Can someone tell me if a VPN is necessary for me to avoid being kicked out because it's almost impossible to play without using an accelerator?

Do I have to join the Phantom Rebels to obtain a whitelist? Or does it just need to register on this forum? Also, I am unable to join Discord due to firewall issues. Even if I use VPN, I need to register with my phone number. However, my local phone number cannot receive text messages. Therefore, I hope to resolve this issue directly on this forum as much as possible. Thank you

Okay, thank you very much for your reply. The main issue is that only your servers, such as PR1 and PR2, are fully occupied almost 24 hours a day. However, I am unable to join either of these servers. Once I join, it will show that I have been kicked out of using VPN. The best situation is that I have just joined and have not been reborn yet, and it will always show VPN problems instead of connection timeouts. I am using Thunder Accelerator, a Chinese accelerator. I am not sure if it is my accelerator problem or a server problem, but at least I can still play on another server, although the latency is slightly higher
