Why is using VPN kicked out

Recently, I have just started playing Rising storm 2 Vietnam. In China, there are almost no servers left, so I started using an accelerator to play European and American servers. I found that your servers have more people, but every time I join, I am always kicked out under the guise of using VPN. I would like to know the reason for this?

Also, is there a whitelist or something like that? Can someone tell me if a VPN is necessary for me to avoid being kicked out because it's almost impossible to play without using an accelerator?

Do I have to join the Phantom Rebels to obtain a whitelist? Or does it just need to register on this forum? Also, I am unable to join Discord due to firewall issues. Even if I use VPN, I need to register with my phone number. However, my local phone number cannot receive text messages. Therefore, I hope to resolve this issue directly on this forum as much as possible. Thank you
