PR servers aren't showing for me

Have just opened up the game after not playing for two days and I cannot find any -PR- servers at all. After refreshing a dozen times, they appear, usually #2 and #5, but the rest is gone. Is my IP perhaps blocked or banned? Thanks in advance.
